When this virus snuck like a thief in the night onto my computer I was completely at a loss as to what to do. I knew it was a virus straight away but I couldn’t log into my anti-virus software to debug it, I couldn’t log onto the internet to look it up and I couldn’t control-alt-delete it to end the program. I was completely stuck as to what to do, and I thought my only option was to shell out some cash at my local computer store and have them debug it for me. Then my mother found this site. Guys you really saved my behind. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Within half an hour my laptop is fit as a fiddle. I bow to your expert virus slaying knowledge.
