Here also is a Mbam log ...not sure if its any help or needed at this point.

GMER log is ok.
Malwarebytes Anti-malware shows a DNSChanger entries.

Probably your router/modem is infected.
How to you connecting to Internet ? Using any router/modem ? Whats model ?
