The false ads are also placed on the wallpaper with links to the same software.

Hello infected, welcome to the Myantispyware forum!

Run HijackThis. Select the second button entitled "Do a system scan only".
Now select the followng entries by placing a tick in the left hand check box

Once you have selected all entries, close all running programs then click once on the "fix checked" button

Download combofix. Close any open browsers. Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

Make a HijackThis log.

Post back with following:
- combofix loj
- HijackThis log
