After installing and runing the iexplore exe and right befor it scanned the error message popped up. 732(12029,0) what do i need to do next and what did i do wrong?please help me

Hello, welcome to the Myantispyware forum.

Download GMER Antirootkit from here.
Mirror location: here. This version will download a zip. If you use this mirror, please unzip it to a folder that you create such as C:\Gmer\.

Disconnect from the internet and disable all active protection so your security program drivers will not conflict with gmer's driver.
Double-click on the randomly named GMER file (i.e. a1afk10a.exe) and allow the gmer.sys driver to load if asked.
For mirror version, double-click Gmer.exe to run the program.
When the program opens, click the ">>>" Tab
Click the "Rootkit/Malware" Tab.
Select all drives that are connected to your system to be scanned.
Click the Scan button.
When the scan is finished, click Copy to save the scan log to the Windows clipboard.
Open Notepad or a similar text editor.
Paste the clipboard contents into a text file by clicking Edit -> Paste or Ctrl + V
Save the gmer scan log to your desktop.
Close Gmer.

Download RSIT by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.

* Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
* Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
* Once it has finished, two logs will open. If it does not automatically open, then these logs can be found at %systemdrive%\rsit folder (typically C:\rsit)

Post back with GMER log + both RSIT logs. Post each log in separate post.

Okay i downloaded from the GMER mirror location.and i scanned both drives c and d drive the 1st time but was interrupted and it took a long time and didnt complete because i was interrupted. the second time i ran the scan thru after about 45 mins a blue screen popped up saying an error and then it restarted the computer. so thats where i am now.

Download RootRepeal from here or here and unzip it to your Desktop.
Click on the Report tab, then click on Scan Button.
A Window will open asking what to include in the scan. Check all of the below:
* Drivers
* Files
* Processes
* SSDT
* Stealth Objects
* Hidden Services
Click OK button. Now you'll be asked which drive to scan, check your system drive - disk C by default.
Click OK button again and the scan will start.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient. When the scan has finished, click on Save Report to save a report.

Post back with RootRepeal report.

Ok I think I must be doing something wrong because when i downloaded the root repeal and ran the scan and after a few minutes it went to the blue screen again . So i did it again on safe mode and it went to the blue screen again. What im trying to do is remove the Antivirus Soft. I dont know how it got on there but it pops up on the system administrator sign on and wont let me go online and constantly pops up the antivirus soft screen to buy. So now im always signing on the guest signon on the computer to go online.So i dont know if im asking for the right help.

Download HijackThis from here, but before saving, in the Save dialog, rename HijackThis.exe to explorer.exe and save it to your desktop.
Run HijackThis. Click "Do a system scan only and save a log" button.
It will scan and the log should open in Notepad.
Copy and paste the contents of the HijackThis log into your reply.

Click the red Moveit! button. When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes. Afterwards, Windows restarts, and opens the log generated by the OTM so you can see the results. Save the log to your desktop.
Note: If it does not automatically open, then click Start -> Run, type notepad and press Enter. Click File -> Open, in the File Name box enter *.log and press the Enter key, navigate to the C:\_OTM\MovedFiles folder, and open the newest .log file present.

Post back with OTM log + fresh RSIT log.
