Having wasted 2 days getting my system back up after getting hit with the Anti virus Pro 2009 was no fun. Thank you for all the information this site gave me to get back up and running. The best help came when someone suggested to rename the removal file...

My only issue now is it looks like I lost my FTPX.com is lost or corrupted. any ideas how to get it back?

Thanks again to you all.

Hello rmh3, welcome to the Myantispyware forum!

FTPX.com is part of FTP Explorer ?
Probably the file has beed damaged by trojan.
Have your tried re-install FTP Explorer?

Click Start -> Settings -> Control panel -> Add/Remove programs panel.
In the list find and remove FTP Explorer.

If you need the program, then go here.
Download installation file of FTP Explorer. Run and follow the prompts.

Thank you for the reply... I was able to get my company to reinstall the bad files as I need them to run their programs.

Your site was a big help. When I spoke to our IT help desk today they are telling me they are seeing a lot of this recently with Antiviurs Pro 2009. Someone needs to track the sources of this andcreate a way to have them pay for the lost time fixing their issues.

Thanks again.
