My Anti Spyware

I came upon this program called Exterminate IT, I used its scanner, several
malwares were found on my computer, but I must purchase software

Has anyone heard of this software, some say its rogue software

Hey guys please tell me which software should i use 2 keep protect my pc and even tell me how 2 delete viruses without corrupting or deleting files which virus attacked. is there any way 2 save file. and even tell me is torrent sites are safer 2 dwl files.

In case it hasn't come up yet, I just wanted to pass along a new Anti-Spyware app that I downloaded and tried recently. It's IObit Security 360 and they have a free and a paid version. It does not use definitions to detect harmful behavior but works like Prevx. The GUI is very slick looking and it operated very smoothly. I have Vista Basic x64 and have just had the hardest time finding much software that works on my system. I did have Webroot SpySweeper running fine but the company stuck Antivirus on the program without me letting it and I already have an av. I posted on this last week, inquiring about the validity of AvantQuest's new anti-spyware program "Double Anti-Spy" I had been unable to find much information about it before I posted here, though I did see a few brief mentions about it being a possible rogue and that it was very new. Anyway I also wrote AvantQuest and I thought you might like to see what they wrote back:

I got some junk mail about Avanquest Double Anti-Spy but decided to look into it and see what it's all about. I know Avantquest is a reputable company, and this is a new product, still I found a few posts where people had heard it was a rogue, and one person using it was saying that a scan found just tons of spyware on a system he thought was clean from Kaspersky scanning.

Combofix is good tool for cleaning pc, but its not working on Vista 64bit.
Please help to find any such tool for 64bit.

I didn't know where to post my question, so I thought I'd try here. I use Spybot SD, however whenever I exit the program (for whatever reason) I cannot get it to restart and stay on. I restart the program and it gives me the option to scan. I scan and then after fixing any problems, my only option is to close the program. Is there a setting that allows Spybot to stay on permantely, ...

I checked in my Task Manager and System, Processes and noticed that Webroot Spy Sweeper is always running, even when the program is not open. It's using 12460 K of memory. I tried disabling it in the start up program, Autoruns but it would not budge. Any suggestions?
