My Anti Spyware

Last night, I got the XP Internet Security malware thing. I used the instructions on this site, and used Malwarebytes Anti Malware to remove it. I removed it, and thought I had got it for good, but I did think the list of malicious files was unusually small. Well, this morning, it reappeared. I scanned again with Malwarebytes, but this time it says it found nothing! Help please! Here's my HijackThis log:

MBAM won't install (same experience with HiJack this) - they're just empty icons on the desktop.

When I turned on my computer today icons like: firefox, avira, and melwarebyts went missing. I did a scan with avira, and it detected nothing.

Hi I'm not good at software and computer. Unfortunately, my laptop has just been infected with Dr Guard. It's a nightmare to me. I can't even see those files or drivers (don't even know what they are) under 'non plug & play drivers' menu after scrolling down the list. I've also tried TDSSkiller, Ave, Highjackthis, Malwarebytes as suggested here and they all don't work after endless tries, neither in normal WinXP mode nor safe ...

I have recently received (Wednesday 10th March) the Virus Protector issue and have been able to boot to "Safe Mode with Command Prompt", and have run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (v1.44) Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to clean this up after performing a full scan. The two files Malwarebytes identified and removed are Hijack.Regedit and Hijack.TaskManager. It did not identify any other files.

Reviewing the logs of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, the Registry Data Items Infected were :-

Yesterday XP Guardian 2010 cruised right past my McAfee and infected my computer. Basically nothing works, but I managed a full system scan with mcafee which detected and removed 1 trojan.
