Im trying to fix my girlfriend's computer. She has these reoccuring pop ups that read "My computer online scan" and trys to convince her that she needsto buy this removal service or her computer will blow up and it constantly redirects her to random websites. She also has this other pop up that says tht she has won a $1000 giftcard from walmart. She says it started happening after she opened this message on facebook the other day. Could someone please help me fix this problem. The hijackthis log is attached.

Run HijackThis. Click "Do a system scan only" button.

Once you have selected all entries, close all running programs then click once on the "fix checked" button.
Reboot your computer.

Download GMER Antirootkit from here.
Mirror location: here. This version will download a zip. If you use this mirror, please unzip it to a folder that you create such as C:\Gmer\.

Disconnect from the internet and disable all active protection so your security program drivers will not conflict with gmer's driver.
Double-click on the randomly named GMER file (i.e. a1afk10a.exe) and allow the gmer.sys driver to load if asked.
For mirror version, double-click Gmer.exe to run the program.
When the program opens, click the ">>>" Tab
Click the "Rootkit/Malware" Tab.
Select all drives that are connected to your system to be scanned.
Click the Scan button.
When the scan is finished, click Copy to save the scan log to the Windows clipboard.
Open Notepad or a similar text editor.
Paste the clipboard contents into a text file by clicking Edit -> Paste or Ctrl + V
Save the gmer scan log to your desktop.
Close Gmer.

Download RSIT by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.

* Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
* Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
* Once it has finished, two logs will open. If it does not automatically open, then these logs can be found at %systemdrive%\rsit folder (typically C:\rsit)

Post back with GMER log + both RSIT logs. Post each log in separate post.

For some reason I cannot copy and paste or upload the other rsit log everytime I try to attach the file or hit submit after I copy and paste the log the next screen is a internet explorer cannot display this page screen. Its wierd because I can submit anything else and even attach other fle and it will go through but not this second log file.

Looks like your computer also infected with a TDL4 rootkit.

Download TDSSKiller from here and unzip to your desktop.
Open tdsskiller folder and run TDSSKiller, then on Start Scan.
If an infected file is detected, the default action will be Cure, click on Continue.
It may ask you to reboot the computer to complete the process. Click on Reboot Now.
