Hi,

Firstly, thanks so much for this website!

I followed the System Tool malware removal instructions to a T. Not only that, I used Spybot S&D in addition to Malwarebytes Anti-malware in 'safemode with networking.' However, when I restarted my computer, my wallpaper was returned to it's original state but within a second, System Tool was back (and changed my wallpaper and tried to do it's fake scan thing). Help!!

Hello, welcome to the Myantispyware forum.

Reboot your computer in Safe mode with networking.
Download RSIT by random/random from here and save it to your desktop.

* Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT.
* Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
* Once it has finished, two logs will open. If it does not automatically open, then these logs can be found at %systemdrive%\rsit folder (typically C:\rsit)

Post back with both RSIT logs. Post each log in separate post.
