My Anti Spyware

Hi! My parent's computer is having some problems, every so often they get an avg virus warning with at least six win32/heur.dropper viruses. I've tried scanning with both avg and malwarebytes anti-malware, but so far nothing has shown up. They have Windows 7 installed on their computer also, so I'm not quite sure what to do. Can you guys help me please?

Hello,

i would check a few more.
If you have previously downloaded ComboFix, please delete that version now.
Download Combofix from here. Close any open browsers. Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When the tool is finished, it will produce a log for you.If the log does not automatically open, then it can be found at %systemdrive%\combofix.txt (typically C:\combofix.txt).

If ComboFix will not run, please rename it to myapp.exe and try again!

Post back with combofix log.

So I had to get on another computer to post this. What is going on? And can you please help me fix it?

The internet works now. I rebooted the computer, and when I opened up Internet Explorer I just had to approve the automatic setting changes? Anyway everything seems to be working fine now and the original virus seems to be gone. Thank you very much!

Please uninstall Combofix.

Click Start ,type in Search:
comboFix /uninstall
Press Ok.

Be careful when opening attachments and downloading files.
