Hi Patrik

I have exactly the same problem as chuckm212 - fatal-error-cant-play-avi-asf-etc-t1275.html! all the symptoms are the same: no sound, the screen changes size after 10 min... Could you help me? I´m running both tests you advised chuckm212 now. Shall I post the results here, when they are finished?

Hello swizz, welcome to the Myantispyware forum.

Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (MBAM).
Run, perform Quick Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad (save the log to your desktop) and you may be prompted to Restart.

If you have previously downloaded ComboFix, please delete that version now.
Download Combofix from here. Close any open browsers. Double click on combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

Post back with MBAM log + combofix log.
