My Anti Spyware

A lot of my programs on my computer wont work (ex. itune, mic. word and excel), becuase if antivirus 2010. I removed antivirus 2010 with a basic virus scan, but now when I click on these programs, it says application not found? Will step 1 repair or find these programs? or will I have to reinstall windows again.
Also I click on merge and also tried double clicking it to open fix.reg, but it does not ask me to confirm anything. IS there are way around the confirmation step… or any other suggestions?

Hey Patrik.. when I try to instal it, it says 'installation failed'. Anything else I can do. How come non of these things are working.

I copied and pasted the above exactly as it is into notepad. When I saved it as fix.inf, I selected 'all files' from the save as menu. I have dont this over and over and the same thing happens. When I right click and try to install it, a pop up box says "error" and "instalation failed".
Is there anything else I can do?

Try split above script to two parts.

Ive tried that and the same thing happens. When I try to install it, it says 'instalation failed'. Did the anitvirus 2010 virus erase something that I need to install this??

Download RSIT by random/random from here but before saving, in the Save dialog, rename rsit.exe to rsit.com and save it to your desktop.

* Run RSIT.
* Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
* Once it has finished, two logs will open. If it does not automatically open, then these logs can be found at %systemdrive%\rsit folder (typically C:\rsit)

Post back with both RSIT logs. Post each log in separate post.

Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (MBAM).
Run, perform Quick Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad (save the log to your desktop) and you may be prompted to Restart.

Post back with MBAM log + fresh RSIT log.
