| I have tried to follow your instructions, which, by the way, are very user friendly. I was able to uninstall some of the programs you had listed, but when I tried to uninstall CiD help, the computer froze. I rebooted my computer and tried to do this a number of times (uninstalling CiD), but my computer keeps on freezing. What do I do next?

I followed your instructions - downloaded and followed prompts with combofix and then ran deljob. went back to control panel, add and remove and clicked on CiD Help. Computer froze - again. Any other suggestions?

Sorry about that. Hopefully you will find the required attachments with this response. I've noticed that it found some games that the kids were on that were deleted, but for some reason, they're still around - big fish games.

Open notepad, copy/paste the text in the code box below into notepad:

Name the Notepad file CFScript and Save it to your desktop. Then drag the CFScript into ComboFix.exe as you see in the screenshot below.
Post back with combofix log.

When this was finished, it saved at log.txt and not combofix.log. Hopefully I didn't mess things up too much. Sorry.

Hey - I was actually able to remove CiD Help! Thanks for all of your help. Also, my computer seems to be working "faster". Thanks again.
