In the Help menu, click the “Troubleshooting Information”. In the upper-right corner of the “Troubleshooting Information” page, click “Refresh Firefox” button.
Confirm your action, click the “Refresh Firefox”.
Remove adsplex.com pop-up ads from IE
To get rid of the adsplex.com redirect you need to reset the IE to the state, that was when the Windows was installed on your computer.
First, start the Internet Explorer, then press ‘gear’ icon . It will show the drop-down menu on the right part of the web-browser, then click the “Internet Options” as shown below.

When the download is done, close all applications on your PC. Next, start the setup file named mb3-setup. If the “User Account Control” dialog box pops up as shown in the following image, press the Yes button.
It will show the “Setup wizard” that will help you install Malwarebytes on your PC. Follow the prompts and don’t make any changes to default settings.
Once setup is finished successfully, click Finish button. Then Malwarebytes will automatically start and you can see its main screen as shown below.
