Carefully browse through the list of installed applications and get rid of all applications that has the name like “Weather Inspect”. Press Windows and R keys on the keyboard together. This displays a dialog box that titled with Run. In the text field, type “taskschd.msc” (without the quotes) and click OK. Task Scheduler window opens. In the left-hand side, click “Task Scheduler Library”, like below.

Pay attention to that it launches on your system. Found something like “explorer.exe http://site.address” or “chrome.exe http://site.address”, then get rid of this malicious task. Having defined the task that you want to get rid of, then click on it with the right mouse button and choose Delete like below.
Repeat this step, if you have found a few tasks which have been created by unwanted software. Once is finished, close the Task Scheduler window.
Remove Weather Inspect adware from Google Chrome
Like other modern browsers, the Google Chrome has the ability to reset the settings to their default values and thereby restore the web browser’s settings like start page, newtab and default search engine that have been changed by the Weather Inspect adware that causes internet browsers to display annoying pop up ads.
Open the Google Chrome menu by clicking on the button in the form of three horizontal stripes (). It will show the drop-down menu. Next, click to “Settings” option.
