After the downloading process is finished, close all apps and windows on your computer. Open a directory in which you saved it. Run the saved file and follow the prompts.
Once install is finished, you will see window as shown on the screen below.
Now click the “Scan” button . MalwareBytes Free tool will start scanning the whole MAC OS to find out the LamePyre malware. A system scan can take anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, depending on your MAC. During the scan MalwareBytes will search for threats exist on your Apple Mac.
When the system scan is finished, MalwareBytes AntiMalware (MBAM) will open a list of all items found by the scan. In order to delete all threats, simply click “Remove Selected Items” button.
The Malwarebytes will now remove LamePyre malware and add items to the Quarantine.
Delete LamePyre from Safari

Get rid of LamePyre from Chrome
