What is OriginalModule
According to security experts, OriginalModule is an adware program. Adware is a form of malicious software which presents unwanted ads to the user of a computer. The advertisements caused by adware are sometimes in the form of a advertising banner, popup or sometimes in an unclosable window.
Does adware software steal your confidential information? Adware software can have spyware and keyloggers built into the program, leading to greater damage to your computer and possible invasion of your confidential information. If you would like to delete OriginalModule and free your web browser of unwanted ads and are unable to do so, you can use the steps below to detect and remove adware and any other malware for free.
How does OriginalModule get on your computer
Adware usually come as a part of another program in the same installer. The risk of this is especially high for the various free software downloaded from the Internet. The makers of the software are hoping that users will run the quick installation method, that is simply to click the Next button, without paying attention to the information on the screen and do not carefully considering every step of the setup procedure. Thus, adware can infiltrate your computer without your knowledge. Therefore, it is very important to read everything that the program says during installation, including the ‘Terms of Use’ and ‘Software license’. Use only the Manual, Custom or Advanced install mode. This method will help you to disable all optional and unwanted software and components.
