Remove Speed Check from Chrome
Unwanted ads or other symptom of having adware in your web-browser is a good reason to reset Chrome. This is an easy method to restore the Google Chrome settings and not lose any important information.
First open the Chrome. Next, click the button in the form of three horizontal dots (

You need to confirm your action, click the “Reset” button. The internet browser will start the task of cleaning. After it is finished, the web browser’s settings including startpage, search provider by default and new tab back to the values that have been when the Chrome was first installed on your computer.
Get rid of Speed Check from Internet Explorer
If you find that Microsoft Internet Explorer internet browser settings such as startpage, default search provider and new tab had been replaced by Speed Check adware, then you can restore your settings, via the reset browser procedure.
First, open the Internet Explorer, then click ‘gear’ icon
