When using Google Chrome establishing secure connection VERY slow. I removed Chrome including C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome, then re-installed it. No change.

In order to fix the “Chrome establishing secure connection” problem try to restart Cryptographic Services:
1. Press Windows and X keys together, click “Command prompt (Administrator)”.
2. Type net stop CryptSvc and press Enter.
3. Type net start CryptSvc and press Enter.
Close Command prompt and try to use Google Chrome.
If the steps above does not help to fix “Chrome establishing secure connection” problem, the you need to fix the Windows registry. Follow the steps.
