Hello,
I have taken steps to identify that I’ve been hijacked by Chrome Loader Malware, and so I use Malware-bytes to Quarantine it. However, it seems that every time I restart my computer or Chrome it returns. Any idea how to permanently remove this from my computer? I’m a bit stuck. Thank you.

It looks like the Chrome Loader Malware has not been completely removed. A Trojan remains on your computer, which re-downloads and installs malware. To remove the Trojan, do the following:
1. update MalwareBytes
2. download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool
3. scan with MalwareBytes, remove found malware
4. run Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool, do a full scan, remove any malware found
5. restart your computer
If the Chrome Loader Malware returns, then follow steps 3-5 in the computer’s safe mode.
