Sir my files are Encrypted with irjg ransomware and I Format c drive and install new windows and after when I run decryptor tool it is stuck on starting and not decrypt files and Even not shows any message. Sir please tell me what is the reason behind this ?

If the emisoft decryptor gets stuck on startup, then it cannot find the encrypted files or it fails to connect to the server from which it downloads the decryption keys.
To solve this problem try the following:
In the main window of the emisoft decryptor, select the directory where the encrypted files are located, and also try using another Internet provider or VPN
