i can’t decrypt my files my drive D: or my backup drive affected by the npph ransomware. can you help me??

if your files are encrypted with an offline key, then they can be decrypted immediately as security researchers will obtaine an offline key. At the moment, you can try to recover files using ShadowExplorer and PhotoRec. Use the following guide: How to recover encrypted files.
