Since your files are encrypted with an online key, they cannot be decrypted, only the authors of the virus have the key necessary to decrypt the files. However, you have a small chance to recover encrypted files, use ShadowExplorer and PhotoRec as demonstrated in this article: Recover Encrypted Files.
