I have a laptop with core i3, ram 4gb and on-board graphic but now my job requests me to upgrade my laptop stronger with graphic Gtx 780 or higher. The problem is, how can I upgrade my graphic on-board to GTX 780?

In most cases, it is not possible to upgrade a laptop’s on-board graphic. If you want better performance, the only sensible option is to buy a new laptop.
