If your files are encrypted with the extension ‘.redl’, then after you delete the Redl virus you need to try to decrypt the files using a free decryptor called Emsisoft STOP Djvu Ransomware Decryptor. Unfortunately, this decryptor can decrypt files only if they are encrypted with an offline key.
