my media files and other files consists of opqz and after that i have reset my pc before resetting i have copied all data consisting opqz in pendrive now how can i restore my data becaue it is very much important to me to rrecover kindly help me !

If you reinstall the OS and format the hard drive on which the files were located, then you will not be able to use the recovery data tools (as described here). BUT, if your files were encrypted with an offline key, then they can be decrypted as soon as the offline key is determined by the security researchers. When the key will be determined is still unknown, but there is hope for this.
