I am no tech person and I got Search encrypt installed on my windows 7 … I want it removed and I don’t know where to do that…even my task manager won’t open…

It seems that your computer is infected with adware and/or browser hijacker. I would suggest you:
- uninstall unknown and suspicious programs
- remove unwanted browser extensions
- reset browser settings
- scan your system for adware and malware
