i think i have removed the virus, as it is not further affecting other files, but i need to recover the files which were affected by .mppq extension

If your files are encrypted with an online key (id does not end in “t1”), then the files cannot be decrypted. Try to restore files using the methods described in the next article https://www.myantispyware.com/2019/12/04/how-to-recover-encrypted-files-ransomware-file-recovery/ . If these methods did not work for you, then back up important encrypted files. After that, you need to wait, perhaps in the future, decryption will be possible.
