Hi! My parent’s PC is having some problems. Every time, when we have tried searching with Google or Yahoo, it displays a search results page with a lot of advertisements that signed with “Search Window Results Ads”. They have Windows 8.1 installed on their computer. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
