Shadow Explorer only shows files or Drive C but Drive D could not reach through it.
Kindly advice.
Looks like that the System restore for disk D was not enabled, as a result, shadow copies of the files (on disk D) have not been created. Try PhotoRec http://www.myantispyware.com/download/photorec to restore these files.
